HINDI PATRIOTIC SONG COMPETITION 2025-26

On the occasion of 79th Independence Day, a Hindi Patriotic Song Competition was organized in our
school auditorium. Students from classes VI to VIII participated with great enthusiasm and zeal
showcasing the musical talent and patriotism. The competition highlighted the importance of these
songs in fostering a sense of unity and love for the nation.
The event provided a platform for students to express their musical talent and creativity and
emphasized on the unifying power of music. Participants sang a range of patriotic songs including
timeless classics like “Aey mere pyare watan”, “ Chodo kal ki baatein”, “ Jahan daal -daal par” alongside
newer favorites like “ Teri mitti”, “Lehra do” and many more. These songs reminded the listeners of the
struggles and sacrifices made for the nation. The competition was judged by Mrs. Aruna Bhandari and
Mr. Vineet Badak. After careful evaluation on the criteria like melody, rhythm, composition ,
coordination- the winners were announced.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by our Vice Principal , Mrs. Tessy Joseph who
appreciated the students’ efforts and reminded everyone of the importance of unity and dedication
towards nation. It was indeed a memorable celebration of our country’s freedom.
