Heritage Venture 2025

On the eve of Children’s Day, Class XII History students went on a “Heritage Venture” to Rao Jodha and Jaswant Thada on 15th November 2025.
The first destination was Rao Jodha, where they witnessed a stunning view of the Mehrangarh Fort and the city of Jodhpur. They walked along well-maintained trails suitable for trekking and bird watching. The students observed diverse flora and fauna and enjoyed the natural greenery.
Their second destination was Jaswant Thada, often called the “Taj Mahal of Marwar.” It is an exquisite marble monument renowned for its opulence and grandeur. The visit to this historical site helped the students learn more about the glorious past and legacy of Jodhpur City. They were thrilled by the picturesque view of the city and Mehrangarh Fort.
This educational excursion offered the students an opportunity to learn about the desert’s geographical flora and fauna and to appreciate its rich heritage.
